Installation Problem

Hi, Downloaded Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts and have a problem after installation. A box appears stating the following message:  Another instance of Launcher client already exists

I have uninstalled and re-installed with the same outcome. Could you please advise on how to solve this issue.

In case this issue appears again could you please open task manager and search for “launcher” process and end it?
