Enhancement to the context menu of nation chat

I noticed, there is so much confusion about chat user position in OW. This is caused mostly by the fact when we chat we have no map on the screen. The port names are often misspelled, compass directions confused etc. It would be nice if we had a following enhancement to the chat context menu of the nation:

The UI could than response on three ways, depending on situation:

for location in port

for location in open see

and

for location in combat.
