A little help for a newbie

Just bought game yesterday and I don't see an option for a campaign.  I see Naval Academy and Custom Battle, but no option for campaign.  Do I have to complete a set amount of scenarios in Naval Academy first?  Did I purchase the wrong level?

The campaign is under development, ETA cannot be estimated yet! But we do know it's the Dev’s highest priority.

As Skeksis said, the campaign isn't in the game yet, but if you scroll down in the Naval Academy, you'll see locked missions. Those will be unlocked as you play the topmost missions.
