Howdy,

Been away from game since work got busy again from covid battles, jumped back last few days and also been noticing the changing ownership of ports :P

Now i'm just wondering what the community and developers take on a situation with mechanics and possible solutions for the future, so the initial question is when a clan theoretically holding multiple ports connecting to major crafting ports and hubs decides they are using prolific forger to change nation whilst removing majority of clans from a friends list and blocking usage of a port and the ability for the nation to defend it properly affecting the RvR gameplay for that nation. The same goes for a tactic of dropping ports thus disallowing the nation owning to defend also or even just opening the ability for all to use making it a PvP hotspot in a main trade and crafting hub. Now is this actually a valid tactic? or is this kind of exploiting the mechanics and deliberately sabotaging the RvR in game?

There is quite a few issues with clan ownership and friendslist that affect gameplay but they will need further discussion later

Never liked the Prolific Forger DLC, is so open to abuse its now just a joke... and sadly its making the game for some, unplayable!

To me its similar to the use of alt accounts, because not everyone can have more than 1 char per server, any more is an exploit (or acts as one)
Since only people who buy the Forger DLC can change nations (without deleting) and they can use it to pull RvR maneuvers, it's an exploit.
The DLC is an exploit because if it wasn't, it would be open to all. It was created to work for everybody, so you pay for the advantage.

it also unbalances nations that don't have the beautiful stuff because other nations have it in abundance
but not only that, there is also no counterforce that makes the forger consider such as, for example, downgrading of rank.

personally i think it has been the worst upgrade in this game with incredible impact or gameplay for everyone in this game even for those who have nothing to do with it.

its a pity development is not considering this dlc for balance . the reason they do not intervene is totally unclear to me.

You would almost think that the design team has fallen into a trap or that they have been bribed
to this day I cannot place this decision as a dlc in this form when you look at the idea and effect in the whole picture
