Got a new Computer but need to reinstall the game

i can't seem to find any way to get another copy of the game installer and launcher? i already own an early access copy however i got a new desktop and no longer have access to my emails on the old machine - how can i get access to a fresh download link???

 

i can provide user name and password info to validate my ID
