How do you pull conquest for hidden islands and saint george town?

as you cannot reach them within the 30 minute timer mechanics?  This was a discussion we were having and everyone thinks its impossible from a game mechanic point of view.

 

Kidd island and surrounding ports, saint george town, and surrounding ports.
