Shaftoe Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 Naval Academy contains official scenarios with hard-set restrictions and objectives. Custom Battles allow you to create your own scenarios, with restrictions as you please - but the ultimate objective is obliteration of the enemy.
