KermitTheGamer Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 When I created my account with Xsolla, it simply said "account was created successfully", no option for a username or anything. So I thought I'd put in my email as the username on the UAD launcher, but it says the username is invalid. Did I do something wrong?

Once you create account within launcher you must receive confirmation email from Xsolla - have you checked it?
KermitTheGamer Posted June 11, 2020 Author Posted June 11, 2020 I did get the email and confirmed it, but all that popped up was a message that looked like an HTML code which stated "confirmation accepted".
