chat ban appeal

Hello,

I was banned from acces to chat years ago bc my name was classed as not suitable,...
The ban would last until i changed my name

I have since then changed my name and would like to appeal to lift the chat access. 

Ingame nickname: Croque Monsieur. If you need more info let me know.
