Final Exam bug?

When I try to enter my Final Exam tutorial, I get stuck in the Entering Combat scree.  When it finally enters the instance it tells me I've lost shop control and will be kicked to login screen.  I log back in and go directly to Entering Combat screen, on a never-ending loop.  Is this some connection issue just with me, or a larger bug?

Captain, it looks like a temporary connection issue, is the problem still there?
