Huge fleet battles will be very interesting. They're very cool in RTW but here they're a little overwhelming

Not long ,  too be honest that much concentrated fire she lasted well .

had setting on fast ,  but just playing around with what my system could handle ,  fps were shocking but too be honest its still under development ,  Yes me too looking forward to the campaigns .  Had that battle purely under AI control all the way , I personally would not be able too strategize that many Divisions as you say very overwhelming .

I did the same a few days ago but with less ships. The AI severely undergunned their pre-dreads with 9 inch guns so it was no real contest for my AI fleet
