Itemized list of planned features maybe?

if it's not too much trouble could we get an general and easy to find list of planned features some where on the naval action site? Im not asking for like full on detail here like spoilers or anything but it would help with us players and testers alike to formulate much more informed suggestions and opinions on what we would like as an general whole.

 

And i apologize if this has already been asked or suggested i did a quick search and nothing came up.
