Remove a feature votes should be thing

Hey,

since voted new feature proposals works well it would be nice if we can also vote on stuff which doesnt work and should get fixed or deleted or reworked.

I think we are already doing this.

Propose that we remove, fix, rework, or delete.  If the idea is great we can vote it up.
