Game crashed Now launcher says game is already running

i was playing ultimate admiral dreadnoughts and the game crashed. now when i try to start the game again it says my account is already running the game and it wont let me start it again.

Please start the launcher and leave it for about 5 minutes- the state has to be changed to “Play”
