How do i find my username to log in to the launcher

I must say, this is a very complicated system. How do i log in to the launcher? I have it downloaded already and made an account. The only issue is that while i know my password and e-mail adress, i have no clue whatsoever regarding my username, which the progam insists i must enter. And its clearly not the login data to this forum, because i tried that already.

Greetings Admiral, you need to login with the email that was used to registration, e.g.:
1) you downloaded and installed the launcher

2)you created an account using example@example.com and a password

3) you confirmed the registration via the confirmation link that was sent on example@example.com

4) you login to the launcher using example@example.com as login

5) you redeem the key that was sent to you  and game download will start
