Cant log in?

Been trying to get back in game now for three days- firewall is fine- triple checked that and checked to make sure nothing else is running- its not.

Keep getting : Error login queue request failed.

 

Any advice?

I have no clue how to go about doing that nor did it seem to give me the option when I was trying to launch the game....

When you launch the game in Steam there are three options, pick the third called connection test report
