Privateer hunting range - Please clarify

@admin this was reply you made in topic titled:  "Spanish Capital Super Fleet outside Puero Plata???", before you closed to topic.

 

You speak of reducing distance of privateering and same time speak of new feature allowing them to venture further out.. ?. So there was a feature allowing them to "venture" further implemented at some point and now you want to reduce it slightly, correct?.
