I think it would be pretty neat if the no.1 on the Conquest Competition leaderboard had the ability to set port battles against their own nation.

Would encourage infighting etc and maybe disperse a bit of the population. Would be an opportunity for clan wars as well.

Why limit it to only the #1 on the conquest board? Just make everything clan-based instead of nation-based, problem solved.

We still need a means to deal with dead clans owning ports and traitor/Alt clans first.
