Missing Game Key.

So last night, I've bought the Limited Edition of the "Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts" game, but when I looked at my Email and it told me to download the launcher and grab my access key, I don't know where my Access Key is, cause I was never emailed it.

i am having same problem you say to contact support directly how? shouldnt the key just be in the reciept email if not why this is way harder than needs to be
