Any regional prices before steam?

I live in Russia and russian regional steam often has special prices for games. Specially for CIS.
(For example - game that costs 29.99$ will be only 13.32$ in our commonwealth).
I love that game, but this 50 dollars for a digital copy - really big amount of money (3,746.86 rubles. For this much money i can buy food for whole month).
So, i should wait for steam release?

Yes. Unfortunately we do not have ability to control and lock regional prices. So you will have to wait for Steam. Hold on.
