Can't delete my character /account at Naval Action

Hi, 

I wanted to delete my characters on both severs (PVE and PVP) to restart but it always fails.

I tried it ca 100 times but it doesn't work. The menu says, I have to type in the word 'delete' without the quotation marks and so I did. But then the menu says, that the deletion was not confirmed.

Is this a bug or did I make a mistake anywhere?

Please update localilzation file as it seems you are using an old custom file, the phrase was changed from delete to 190116 long ago
