just fix the looting system

there is no point of the looting system if you can't get to it before it goes underwater or if the other npc's can just run them over and make them go underwater where you can't get it

To add to this, it seems that now it is even more difficult now than it was before to get to a target that is upwind.

you're right. It's stupid that ships sink so easily and take all their loot with them. why would a ship sink anyway? it would have to be shot below the waterline for that to happen, but most leaks get patched within seconds, so what's happening to sink the ship so fast? Also, what happens to surrendering crew? they just all disappear? what happened to taking prisoners?
