I purchased the standard edition last week but decided I would pay the extra bit to get the Limited Edition and play now. I emailed the Xsolla support yesterday but have no heard back. What else can I do, or just wait?

I did receive an email stating that I had an open ticket and not to submit another.

Update: Xsolla responded but does not seem to understand my request. They simply gave me the line about receiving the Steam key code when it is released there. I would like to pay the extra $15 to play sooner.
