No XP Grants

Hey, i stopped playing the game about 8 months ago because I went on orders for the Army. My friend got off about the same time and now that we are back he was able to redeem his but nothing is showing up for me. Is there a reason for that? When i quit playing i was a Post Captain on the PvP server, not exactly sure which one though.

The game was released from Early Access in June 2019, there was a final wipe (there won't be wipes in future).

You can try to complete Exams and gain Master and Commander rank and some ships as a head start. Tutorial is available in a port (via ESC menu).
