After explaining that my Xsolla launcher was not working, I was referred to this thread. https://status.xsolla.com/ indicates that everything is operational. 

I'm not sure if my problem is related, by my Xsolla launcher fails every time I attempt to update.

Problem resolved itself after reinstalling entire game.
