Game crashes upon startup I get this message: The crash report folder named "2020_03_23_192636" next to game executable.

Greetings, could you please clarify if you use Citrix workspace software?

I have a the same issue and Citrix Workspace installed. I would like provide my log- and dump-file but I don't know where the right place would be.

Greetings, please try this workaround:

The workaround is to try temporary disable Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in the system devices (you might need to activate it again once you are about to use Citrix):

• Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok
• Expand System devices tab and find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator
• Right click on it and select "Disable"

Thank you Ink, this worked. I must say this is a rather weird bug especially during times of home office. Looking forward to the fix for it! ^^
