Not just now, unfortunately.  There is a character creation feature coming in the future that will allow this, but for now, your name is set.

Not true.  Your IGN is your Steam name.  Change your Steam name and you've changed your IGN in NA.

Hmm, perhaps it's changed then.  I always understood it to just represent your current Steam name...anyone know for sure?

It does not change your in game name. They have stated that a function shall be brought in but changing one has no impact on the other currently.

I asked a dev about this he told me that there will be many wipes and plenty of chances to change our name during them so you are not stuck with it.

If you go to your profile you can edit your forum ID, but I am not sure what that does to your in game name. I am thinking about it because someone else is using mine but with a space. The system should have caught that but I guess not.

True, you have never been able to change your in game name after your initial login.

Nope, hasn't changed.  First login, you're stuck with whatever you choose.

Forum name has no bearing on in-game name.  The system is designed to prevent flat out duplicates.  It won't catch spaces, alternate characters, etc. - it's just not designed to do so.

I remember I was diddling around on my first opening of the game trying to log in through other means, put Stuka as the name and that stayed rather then my steam name somehow
