Being on Port Owner Friend List, I still get no Port Bonuses

My Dutch clan (SKUA) is small - only 2 members. My shipyard is in MARACAIBO.
The port was recently taken over by MDM-Clan. They have me on their "friend list", and so do I.
But when I craft a ship, it does never get any Port Bonuses.

We deleted the "friendship" and made it new - but I still get no Port Bonuses.

Is that a bug - or is there a reason???

You will get the Portbonuses when Investments is set to "Clan and friends".

I've got info, that MDM have changed it. So check it after the maintenance. It should work for you now.
