recover password mail without link

I forgot my password.
In the mail to recover my password is a picture of the green button "recover password", but it is not clickable. There seems to be no link.

In the mail for "account verification" is a similar button with a link visible when i mouseover.

What can i do?

Greetings, have you tried to open the mail in different browsers or mobile browser? Also, do you use any email software?

In case the problem is still there, please let me know

i tried chrome and Microsoft edge.

And as described, i still have my account verification mail with a similar looking button. There the link works, although it isnt valid anymore.
