Transport designer problem

When creating a custom battle, it gives the player the option to create a transport ship. However, when the player attempts to create a transport, what is shown in the attached image occurs.

Yep, I wanted to create a surface raider but not available now.  Would love to see a Kormoran/Sydney battle.

Hopefully that will come in a later update.

Me too, though I wonder what the obstacle is, since back when the cheat menu was available, people were able to design transports without a hitch!
