New development found in my hard crash issues

So a new trigger for the issue has been discovered. When I exited the custom battle this time I waited 5 seconds before advancing screens, when I felt like I was safe so I then started changing values of ships and tech year, because the values I wanted were pretty far so I spam clicked the arrows to change how many ships I wanted and then the game shut down my computer spontaneously. I will send a bug report as soon as the launcher comes off  "In Game" screen.
