does any one else think the victory is non meta atm like not even worth building because the other ships out class it by alot (same with st pavel)  not even for port battles etc.  

maby devs should buff it a bit or lower the BR to 700

there is no other ship in the game that has a worse waterline than the Pavel and Victory for...........no apparent reason?

fix the waterline leak and you would fix the majority of the issues with those ships. (the next issue would definitely be BR though)

Other ships not worth building or severely outclassed:

•Third rate

•Essex

•Frigate

•Cerberus

Would be awesome to see the vic competitive again, or at least see that it has its own little stat/trait that makes it good in certain situations/playstyles. Same with essex.
