I bought the game like one hour ago and im yet to receive my redeem key, it is not in the spam/junk section. Would love some support here.

To be precise,

I havent received any of those Mails:

In the email you used to buy the game, you should have received two separate messages: 
1) Your receipt: including a link to download the launcher
2) Your activation key.

Spam folder checked of course..
