As a player who has the inferior Battle Rating, I want to have the opportunity to close the battle so that no one else can join my site because other players and old accounts do not allow me to fight fairly. like in this fight where I ask the redoutable to leave the fight so that I have a fair fight against the two Trincos, but you can see what happens then. Another player joins and it becomes a gank. Here I want to say again that Yettie wants to organize my ship back and I think it's really fair that he does that.

This is something i have thought of many times.

Give each player the possibility to close the battle. Too many battles have been ruined because some random player enters. Usually you get a Requin captain who can't sail the ship and doesn't know how to pvp, (just joining to fire a broadside or two then run), whilst enemy then gets reinforced by a proper warship and voila, it's now 1 v 2 instead of 1 v 1.

 

P.s to be clear I mean ability to close the battle if i have inferior BR. This is not to prevent opponent from ganking this is just to prevent reinforcement on my own side.

I generally agree but it would open up more exploit possibilities

E.g. Nation A is raiding Nation B. Nation B has a larger fleet. So Nation A brings an alt account belonging to Nation B with them. They tag him, the alt account decides "he wants to fight on his own" and closes the battle. -> Nation A's fleet is safe for 1h45min

There is always a way to exploit things. It can be done with this proposal or the current situation. 

Alts are always a problem, when they are in a different nation, but so far there is no way to mitigate that.

Maybe an exploit is created, but we same time remove one existing. Maybe devs should be abit stricter in dealing out punishment of offenses like you describe above so it wouldn't be worth doing it.

this is why we cannot have nice things , but as has been mentioned time and again, a separate zone for duels with no rewards and no xp away from the map in bermuda for those who want 1v1 that dont interfere with the rest of the game could have been sorted out

Why isolate with no reward and interference?, that's not same thing.

noone is complaining about ganks. Problem is this: For example, you tag 2 redoutables in 1 Christian --> 1100 BR vs 600 BR. This opens up your side for reinforcement. Then, a 1st rate joins your side. --> 1100 BR vs 1500 BR. However, the 1st rate that joined leaves the battle right away, while it still opens up the other side for more reinforcement. 1st rate joins the other side --> 1st rate + 2x Redoutable vs 1 Christian (the 1st rate left your side). This is the issue.
