Launcher stuck on In Game

I just bought this game and after it finished installing, I click play to try and start the game but the launcher just changes to In Game and nothing ever opens. I checked task manager and build.exe shows 72.1MB of memory usage but never changes and is 0% on every other stat. I've left the launcher running for over 30 minutes and it never changes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to different drives and nothing seems to work.

Edit: I was having this problem with all of my games. Running AMD cleanup utility in safemode and reinstalling the latest drivers fixed my issue.
