Ahoy,

National/clan diplomacy is a mess for players to be aware of  last news.

I think adding a chatbox or a window available for every player in a nation where each clan can announce shortly about his diplomacy or recruitement policy.

I think it could be added next to clan ranking window. It could benefit new players to find a clan, players being more aware of diplomacy and  also to mobilize all players from a nation for specific events if announced.
