Underbid contracts gone?

After today's patch, I can no longer put up a buy contract for less than the current highest bid, therefore eliminating underbids.

Was this intended or a bug? Because this will drive inflation (which is already ridiculous in the PvE server) to absurd levels.

Confirmed: After you mentioned it in chat yesterday, I tested with dubloon contract.  And yes, this will lead to even more inflation. Plus a problem in buying rare woods with reales.

According to Admin, new contracts must be 10% over existing one.

Wtf, that's stupid.  My whole money making thing was selling upgrades for a reasonable price when others were selling them for insane ones.

 

See cotton sails going for 18k at Shroud when they cost 780 reals to make..... 

 

Edit:  So I can still sell upgrades for cheaper than what others are selling, so I think there must be a mistranslated.  I think new Contracts must be ten percent cheaper than existing ones to prevent the 1 real undercutting we were seeing.  I'll have to test, but I probably be able to till late night US time.
