Request Fire ship modules be re-balanced

With the latest patch, I'm finding that I can not equip any of the small ships with the fire ship module.  The weight factor prohibits this even before assigning any crews.  Thoughts and comments please.

You must remove guns. Fire-ship module takes 70% of ship capacity. It is enough to assign min crew.

The only caveat I will mention to this is that it does work for the small cutter of 200IBS but the small sloop that can only hold 100IBS that won't work, which is the only ship in the game I don't like.
