Greetings, The game is available on our webiste at https://www.aos.ultimateadmiral.com/. The preoders give you access to the current state of the game via in-house launcher (+ Steam key once the game is avilable on Steam). If you want to purchase the game on Steam you need to wait a couple of weeks most likely - we plan to release Steam Early Access soon but some issues have to be addressed first.
