Clan benefits? I mean it's a suggestion. Like 3-5% increase speed on OW at certain clan level and reduce labor cost for specific things like 5%? Something like that. Go ahead and discuss.

I would say the port bonuses already accomplish this, no?

There are plenty of ship upgrades that stack bonuses, why can't we stack LH discounts (if clan benefits like LH discounts were added)?

You can. Port LH discount stacks with the LH discount perks.
