How to get the Diana on war server?

What do I need to do to get a Diana permit (preferred) or Diana ship note? Is it possible to acquire it by in game means at all? I'm almost losing sleep over this massive mystery! 😓

As far as I'm aware we can not craft it, the BP does not drop as loot, the ship note does not drop as loot and it is not available as a DLC ship in store either..! I see players post pictures of having Diana('s!!!!) as redeemable, but I have not seen one of these ships in OW since before the last wipe.

If it is intended to be the most super rare ship in the game and only available when the devs "personally" hand them out to a specific player, then everything is fine I guess. But I would like to have this fact confirmed with some sort of explanation of what we need to do to achieve/earn the Diana..!
If it is not in game because it is planned as a DLC ship, I'm also fine with that. But please say yes/no! Right now I fear it has been forgotten and lost forever, and I really miss it. It's like the 4. ship I fell in love with and the not knowing is heart breaking! 💔

Por lo que sé, no podemos crearlo, el BP no cae como botín, la nota de envío no cae como botín y tampoco está disponible como un DLC en la tienda ...! Si no está en el juego porque está planeado como un barco DLC, también estoy de acuerdo con eso. ¡Pero por favor di sí / no! En este momento, temo que se haya olvidado y perdido para siempre, y realmente lo extraño. ¡Es como el 4. barco del que me enamoré y el no saber es desgarrador! 💔

It's from when the game was released and on the PvE server. I  was just being mean and teaseing.  Had the note and just opened it to go that.   To bad I don't play on that server.
