Ship stuck in shallow water, tow function not working

A friend of mine is stuck south of Atwood, and cannot wiggle his way out of the shallow water, the tow function will not work. This is on the PvE server. The profile name is:  CptnDahlgren

A tow to nearest deepwater would be helpful. Ship and fleet are empty

Greetings, the tow function is not available to  player means that there are still ways to escape the shallows, please ask your friend to try and check all possible ways to escape it
