AoS Alpha Access Problem

I purchased the Alpha access Commodore version of Age of Sail and click the link for hte installer.  I'm having two problems:

1. It says its installing to a location, goes through installation sequence , but not there in my program folder after it installs.

2. If I click on Start application from the launcher I get the log in screen (below).  I click on "create new account" and nothing happens, it does not redirect me to any site.  I try to click on "copy link" and there is no copied link so I'm stuck here.  Thank you!
