Awaiting an email

Hello, I bought the Limited Edition yesterday evening, and have been awaiting the email ever since. I have searched my email day and night, spam folder and all, yet I still haven't found it. Is there a particular amount of time it takes before an email is sent?

Greetings, there could be two reasons, either the email was misspelled (e.g. .con instead of .com) or your mail provider consider Xsolla as spam and block it.
