Deploying troops

Hey. Playing US campaign this morning. Don't seem to be able to deploy any troops. Can't seem to deploy any crews or troops from any vessels. 

Anyone else having same issue?

This makes Assault on Nassau unplayable as can't land any men on the beach

Yes I have noticed that too and reported it.  When out on ocean little boats won't deploy seems like it says high seas even though my ship is anchored..

ditto, sent bug report, thought I was going nuts (or crazier) but seems I'm not alone
