Game doesn't load

Hello, I purchased an hour or so ago but mine just gets stuck on the load screen. I can hear the music but the resolution seems to be off too, it doesn't fill the screen and has a black border around the edge. Thank you Daniel.

As the first workaround please try this:

• close the game
• open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R and type cmd, press enter afterwards)
  • type: regedit
• go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Game Labs\UA:Age of Sail
• right click on the folder "UA:Age of Sail" and delete it
• close regedit

Please let us know if the problem persists
