Payment keeps getting cancelled.

I attempted to buy Age of Sail at the Commodore level but the Paypal payment was rejected by the store.

Paypal deducted the money from my account but a refund was automatically requested and is pending.

Is this fixable or should I wait for the steam release?

Payment has been resolved and I was able to purchase the Commodore Edition but now the mail I've gotten tells me I won't get access until release.

Are you sure you bought 49.99$ version and not 29.99$ one? 
 

If you are sure, please send me via private forum message and provide email that was used to purchase the game or receipt number
