Game Launch Bug

Experiencing game crash when launching the game. Crash started happening after i downloaded the new patch,  restarted my computer to see if it would be fixed, still crashes. The crash happens a few seconds after the first loading screen.

hello mate, merry Christmas to you firstly.

your explanation is a bit vague, can you get to the pop up screen that asks you what gfx settings you would like?? or is it a case of seeing the splash screen then crash?
