What level is the game completed to? I have reached "he wore is beaver up" and the game will not progress any further.

The last mission is "bloodshed and turmoil" where you must defend Savannah from the American/French attack. 

In general, you will know you have reached the end of a chapter by the special indicator stating that the battle is a grand battle. You will not be able to skip these battles unlike the earlier ones.

well i have defended savannah, but there was a water mission about capturing a ship (forget the name) and that is the mission that wont complete.
