Black River actually is covering Truxillo, one of the main British crafting ports, and it can be attacked only through George Town (Caymans), also 5k BR port

We tried that before, we ended up with a rushed update that gave us a week of constant AI battles, but if your alliance involves not playing this game and just going down to the pub for a drink then I'm game.

Sir! Are you bloody blind? Please tell me the LAST time you logged into the game and sailed with an actual RvR fleet? You have made yet more changes that require massive fleets and screening fleets to be able to get into port battles all while the players numbers continue to drop. AGAIN you have limited RvR to a few, not the many! You have introduced woods that ONLY the richest nations can afford. 

THE COMMUNITY asks for easier access to RvR and you make it more difficult. You DO see the declining players numbers right? Those are YOUR fault and your fault alone! You seriously need someone to watch over you because, you sir, are killing your game. 

It's no secret that you favour and make the changes asked for only by people who are willing to get down and lick your boots! (To put it politely) But who is going to keep your boots clean when your golden boy is the only one left on the server streaming fights against NPCs to a handful of viewers.

As this is likely to be my final allowed post on the forums, I will make the most of it:

YOU took a fantastic game and over the space of 18 months have picked it apart and alienated most of the playerbase because "It's my ball and I can take it home when I want to!"

You wouldn't know what makes a good game if the instructions for it were attached to a 68pd ball and fired up your stern!

While I can follow your arguments to some extent I’m not happy with the attitude they were delivered. We already have lived through several changes of the game and I for one have seen the devs taking back decisions the community was not happy with after a time of testing. Anyone remembering fine woods? They‘re back, in a new cloak, though. What I personally can’t stand is the permanent prediction of the game‘s certain doom in combination with complaints that some players are more special than others, even before the people  have played the new patches. 
 

To make it absolutely clear: I am so far not happy to see fine woods reintroduced through the back door as I don’t have fond memories of that time but I’m willing to give the idea some credit  and see if I can cope. After almost four years of playing Naval Action I came to trust the devs in so far as they really care about the game. Their ideal game might look slightly different than mine, though.

You must have seen the steady dropped in player numbers which only gets accelerated with these changes that go AGAINST what the majority are asking for

 

The biggest problem, is that the development is now essentially a one man operation. There is no one for him to turn around to and say "is this a good idea" or no one to say to him "hold on, that is likely to have a negative impact on the game"

How can russian players be linking the new items in the chat if they don't have it? They are already selling them.

I fail to understand how you can send and item to chat unless you have it. And as fare as I am aware that the only way to get (S) logs is through the privateer chest. Should therefor this not be enough to show that some have gotten and open privateer chests.

You didn't answer my question though. How can an item be linked in chat if they don't have it? Is it possible to link items to chat without possessing them?

In terms of chats - you can post anything you want in chat if it does not break game and forum rules. I think you cannot edit html (but you could some time ago)
